- Łazarski University will begin using the template of the diploma of completion of studies as of 11 July 2021 as the date of introduction of the template into legal circulation.
- The date of commencement of issuing the public document of a given template is 11 July 2021.
- Validity of the public document – valid indefinitely.
- Manufacturer – PWPW S.A. – Polish Security Printing Works, Warsaw.
- Print run – dependent on the number of graduates during the period the template is in force.
- List of individual markings – a typographic, seven-digit, UV-active, two-letter series on the blank form applied by the manufacturer of the type AA 1234567, and an individual diploma number in the format of a five-digit imprint in black.
